Sebastian Adams Furniture, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of Sebastian Adams upholstery from an authorized dealer, or original internet customer that the furniture is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the time specified below from the date of purchase. In the event that a defect is found, Sebastian Adams will at its option repair or replace the defective item or refund to the purchaser the purchase price. Repair, replacement, or refund option makes this a limited warranty.
FRAME AND SPRING CONSTRUCTION – LIMITED LIFETIME Sebastian Adams warrants the frame and spring construction against breakage due to defects in materials and workmanship.
CUSHIONS – FIVE YEARS Sebastian Adams offers to the original purchaser a five year warranty on seat cushions against defects and loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not however, be confused with a slight softening and flattening of the fibers and foam that will occur as a result of normal use and aging. Cushions and filling materials will begin to soften and conform to the shape of the user and these qualities should not be considered manufacturing defects.
UPHOLSTERY FABRICS - ONE YEAR Normally, no fabric mill will guarantee their fabric, however, Sebastian Adams does offer to our customers a limited warranty in this important category. This warranty does not cover fading, pilling, or shrinkage and is not valid where there is evidence of soiling, misuse, negligence, accidents or commercial use. All fabric warranties are null and void by Sebastian Adams if improperly cleaned or treated with any chemical fabric treatment.
MATTRESSES - FIVE YEARS Innerspring mattresses are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years. Cover material is excluded from this warranty.
SLEEPER MECHANISMS - FIVE YEARS Sleeper mechanisms are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years.
